This is an open schedule from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We recommend departing at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM for the best experience. (Please contact Turismo Ecuador 24 Management in advance to coordinate your preferred departure time.)

DETAILED ITINERARY
Meeting at Turismo Ecuador 24 Office
Your adventure begins at the Turismo Ecuador 24 office, where our team will welcome you for registration and document verification.
Required Documents

Equipment Delivery
Before starting the tour, you will receive all the necessary equipment for a safe and enjoyable experience.
Your rental includes:

Safety Briefing
Before departure, our staff will provide a complete orientation covering:
- Bicycle operation
- Safety recommendations
- Route information
- Local traffic guidelines
Once the briefing is complete, your cycling adventure begins.
First Stop: Agoyan Waterfall
Distance: 7 km (approximately 30 minutes)
Your ride begins along one of Ecuador's most scenic cycling routes.
During this section you will enjoy spectacular views of:
- Agoyan Hydroelectric Dam
- Agoyan Waterfall
- Culebrilla Waterfall
- La Esperanza Waterfall
- Scenic tunnels surrounded by cascading waterfalls
This section is perfect for photography and enjoying the beautiful landscapes of the Ecuadorian Andes.
Second Stop: Pastaza River Viewpoint & Old Road
Additional Distance: 2 km (approximately 20 minutes)
Continue along the historic road that existed before the tunnels were built. Today it has been converted into a scenic cycling route with panoramic views over the Pastaza River.
Upon arriving at Rio Blanco, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy several optional adventure activities, including:
- Glass Bridge
- Tibetan Bridge
- Zipline
- Bridge Jumping
- Extreme Swing Ball
Optional activities: USD $10 to $25 depending on the attraction. Cash is recommended.
Third Stop: Manto de la Novia
Distance: 15 km from Baños (approximately 20 minutes)
Visit the spectacular Manto de la Novia, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Baños.
You may choose between:
- Crossing the river on the famous Tarabita Cable Car
- Walking to the panoramic viewpoint
Tarabita Fee: USD $2.
After visiting the waterfall, continue riding toward Pailon del Diablo.
Fourth Stop: Pailon del Diablo
Distance: 17 km from Baños (approximately 1 hour including the visit)
Upon arriving in Rio Verde, you'll find secure parking areas where you can leave your bicycle before visiting the waterfall.
Visitors can choose between two hiking trails:
Long Trail
- Approximately 1 hour round trip.
- Takes you close to the base of the waterfall.
Short Trail
- Approximately 30 minutes round trip.
- Offers spectacular panoramic views from above.

Night Visit (Pailon Nocturno)
- Long Trail: USD $5
- Short Trail: USD $3
Return to Baños
After visiting Pailon del Diablo, you have two options:
Option 1
Ride your bicycle back to Baños while enjoying the Waterfalls Route once again.
Option 2
Return by truck.
- Travel Time: Approximately 40 minutes
- Transportation Fee: USD $3 per bicycle
At the end of the tour, please return your bicycle, helmet, chain, and lock to the Turismo Ecuador 24 office.
Optional Extension to Puyo
If you plan to continue your trip toward Puyo, you may send the bicycle and equipment back to Baños by truck after paying the transportation fee.
Please provide the driver with:
- Turismo Ecuador 24 office address
- Company contact phone number
For security purposes, take a photo of the truck's license plate and the driver's identification and send it to Turismo Ecuador 24 Management.
