DETAILED ITINERARY
Meet at Turismo Ecuador 24
Your climbing adventure begins at the Turismo Ecuador 24 office, where our friendly staff will welcome you.
After registration and signing the liability waiver, your certified climbing instructor will provide a complete safety briefing covering climbing techniques, equipment use, and international safety procedures.
Each participant will receive professional climbing equipment, including:
- Certified climbing harness
- Safety helmet
- Climbing shoes
- Certified climbing ropes
- Locking carabiners
- Professional belay equipment
Transfer to San Martín Climbing Area
Travel by private transportation to San Martín, one of the best outdoor rock climbing areas in Baños de Agua Santa.
The climbing site features natural volcanic rock walls with multiple routes suitable for beginners and intermediate climbers, surrounded by spectacular Andean scenery and lush vegetation.
Warm-Up & Technical Instruction
Before climbing, your instructor will lead a warm-up session and explain:
- Basic climbing techniques
- Proper equipment use
- Belaying procedures
- Body positioning and climbing movement
- International safety standards
Rock Climbing Experience
Begin an exciting climbing adventure on natural volcanic rock walls.
Each participant will climb routes appropriate to their experience level while receiving continuous guidance and encouragement from certified instructors.
Your experience includes:
- Climbing routes ranging from 10 to 30 meters (33–98 feet).
- Multiple difficulty grades from 5.6 to 5.10+.
- Top Rope climbing system for maximum safety.
- Basic rappelling techniques for descending.
- Personalized coaching throughout the activity.
Return to Baños
After the climbing session, relax, take photos, and enjoy the surrounding scenery before returning comfortably to Baños de Agua Santa by private transportation.
