Your journey begins upon arrival at Baltra Airport, followed by a transfer to Puerto Ayora. In the highlands of Santa Cruz, you will visit Lava Tunnels and the El Chato Reserve, home to giant tortoises in their natural environment.

On day two, you will explore Tortuga Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Galápagos, ideal for walking, swimming, or optional kayaking. You will also visit the Charles Darwin Research Station, an important conservation center for endemic species.

On day three, enjoy a scenic experience at Playa Los Alemanes and Las Grietas, where you will walk through volcanic landscapes, mangroves, and cactus forests before swimming in a stunning natural canyon filled with crystal-clear water.

ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Galapagos – Santa Cruz Highlands

• Reception at Baltra Airport

• Transfer to hotel in Puerto Ayora

• Visit to the Lava Tunnels and El Chato Reserve (giant tortoises in their natural habitat)

• Free dinner

Overnight in Santa Cruz

Day 2: Tortuga Bay + Charles Darwin Research Station

• Ecological hike to Tortuga Bay Beach

• Weather Free time to swim or kayak (optional)

• Free lunch

• Visit to the Charles Darwin Research Station

Day 3: Las Grietas + Playa los Alemanes

• We depart from the Puerto Ayora pier by water taxi to Punta Estrada, where the hike to Playa Los Alemanes begins, a beautiful bay with calm waters, perfect for swimming and relaxing.

• We then continue the ecological trail between cacti, volcanic lava, and mangroves until we reach Las Grietas, a formation of canyons with crystal-clear waters where you can swim, snorkel, and enjoy the unique Galapagos landscape.

Day 4: Airport Transfer – Return Flight

• Transfer from the hotel to Baltra Airport
